We hope you adore your jewelry from E. Williams Jewelry. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to assist you. Please take note that all custom orders are considered FINAL SALE, and returns or refunds for these items are not accepted.
Returns
Before shipping your return, please send an email to elpearls@yahoo.com to request a return authorization. Items shipped without prior email authorization may not be accepted. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the merchandise is in its original, unworn, and unused condition with the original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment method used, excluding any associated shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We recommend using insured parcel post for tracking purposes when returning merchandise. Additionally, we suggest customers request sufficient insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Please include a note in your package stating the reason for the return and provide the original packing receipt with the order number. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected to ensure it is unworn and unaltered. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
Please note that shipping and handling fees related to the original purchase return will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Sale Items
All items purchased from the SALE section are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized orders are also always considered FINAL SALE.
Keep in mind that the color of the item may slightly vary from one computer monitor to another. If you have any doubts or questions about an item's shade or exact color, please don't hesitate to contact us before making your purchase.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for an exchange or refund. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items for our review.
